We’re on the lookout for someone just like you to become the latest addition to our exciting and dynamic team at voice talent agency Inter Voice Over. We need someone who thrives on making sure everything has its place, and loves making sure administration duties are carried out exactly as they should be in a timely fashion.
This flexible role requires up to 10 hours a week on 4 or 5 days and will be fully remote. We can agree on a schedule which works for you and us!
Inter Voice Over is Europe’s leading voice over agency since 1998. We produce voice recordings in 115 languages for Fortune 500 companies for TV commercials, games, apps, radio & TV stations, navigation systems and so on. We are a small team of 20+ who make big things happen.
We don’t like it when things overrun, and neither do our clients like Google, Tesla, AirBNB, Disney, and Uber, especially where money is involved. You’ll be an absolute whiz at financial administration, managing the process of both sales and purchasing invoices, making sure we get the money from our clients, and e-mails get replied to in a timely matter.
Of course, you’ll be a great communicator too. Our clients are all over Europe. It would be great if you speak additional languages besides English. We use Xero as accounting software, it is a big plus if you have worked with this before but it’s not a necessity.
